Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Crumb & Slice, all our products are food items prepared in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not entered preparation or dispatch.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
- As our products are food items, we do not accept returns.
- Refunds are not applicable for orders once dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
If approved, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account
