Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Crumb & Slice, all our products are food items prepared in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not entered preparation or dispatch.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are food items, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds are not applicable for orders once dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

If approved, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account
